The video that was in the running for a $250,000 Pepsi Refresh grant to help construct the “Treyton Kilar Field of Dreams” took third place. The two projects that received the most votes will receive funding.
Mary Kilar, Treyton’s mother, thanked the Whitewater community for rallying together to make it into the top three places in a national competition.
Results will be finalized Feb. 23.
The family has not decided whether to enter the March competition for the next Pepsi Refresh project.
