The Downtown Armory will be holding the 2014 District 4 primary elections on Feb. 18 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.. Three candidates are running for the Common Council Alderman District 4 seat that includes Wards 4, 5 and 6. The primaries will eliminate one candidate to compete in the general election on April 1.
