Getting a  desired job in this economy can be very difficult, even for business majors. Even when people do score a job; it’s not always up to their needs or expectations. With that said there are still some types of jobs that are very much guaranteed to provide you with a healthy paycheck. Construction Project Managers:

This job requires dealing with the financial aspects of construction including preparation of costs and budget on material and labor, collaboration with engineers and architects etc. The entry level salary is $50,000, median salary is $80,000 and higher end managers can expect up to $50,000.

Marketing Managers:

Marketing managers are responsible for developing successful marketing strategies to help their companies set apart from their competitors and give them a competitive advantage. Entry level pay is above $50,000, and the median pay is $110,000. The highest pay is up to $150,000.

Financial Analysts: 

This is one of the fastest growing careers for business majors and it is expected to grow up to 23 percent within the next decade. They research historical and current data to help their clients make the right decisions. Their entry level income is around $45,000, median income is $75,000 and high income can be above $143,000.

Certified Public Accountants (CPA):

CPAs collect and organize financial information of companies. They also ensure that there is no disparity in account books or financial statements. Their pay scale is expected to grow by 16 percent. Their entry level pay is $40,000, their median pay is about $60,000 and their highest pay can be up to $105,000 a year.

Financial Manager:

Financial managers often work as chief advisors to top business executives in corporations. They can climb up the ladder by having an expertise in tax law and understanding company’s financial activities. Their entry level income is $55,000. Their median income is $110,000 which is among the highest on this list. Their highest income can exceed $170,000.

Sales Managers:

This career can be challenging, as it is a very thankless job. Sales managers have to deal with unhappy customers everyday and ensure the functionality of their products. The entry level income for sales managers is $50,000. Their median income is $100,000, and the more experienced can achieve up to $165,000.

Human Resource Manager:

Human resource managers are responsible for hiring the right individuals for the right positions. Their jobs are expected to grow up to 21 percent. Their entry level salary can be $30,000, average salary is $50,000 and up to $95,000 for the higher end managers.
