“The Don” breakfast burrito
Ingredients
- Three eggs
- Two strips of bacon
- A half cup of chopped green peppers, chopped ham, and shredded cheese each
- Pancake batter
Directions
1. Chop up green pepper and pieces of ham
2. Mix three eggs into a large bowl
3. Once mixed, add the chopped green peppers and ham into the bowl, and cook it on the oven on medium.
4. Add the pancake batter into a skillet or pan
5. Add two strips of bacon to the pan or skillet
6. Keep mixing or flipping the food
7. Once done, lay the pancake down, lay one piece of bacon down, then the eggs, and lastly the piece of bacon on top
