West’s play performed at first black history celebration

The Black Student Union held its first black history performance at 7 p.m. last Thursday. During the event a theatrical piece, written by Director of Public Relations for BSU Larry D. West III, took place. The play demonstrated African American history beginning with its roots in Africa and progressing to present day. BSU hopes to make this an annual event.
