INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup raw, grated potatoes
• 1 cup mashed potatoes
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup milk
• Butter or oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
Grate potatoes into a cheese cloth and twist to remove excess water. Mix dry ingredients together. Add raw potatoes and mashed potatoes together with eggs. Mix until a batter forms.
Drop spoon-size batter into a hot pan with butter or frying oil on medium/high. Cook about four minutes on each side or until brown.
