The past 3 ½ years at UW-Whitewater have been
a blast. I would like to take a few moments to thank those people who have especially helped me to be where I am at today.
To my family. I would like to first you all for your love and support. Thank you for never giving up on me and helping me through the challenging times. You are always there for me, encouraging me to do the best I can and helping to make my dreams come true.
To my fiancé, Aaron. Thank you for believing in me and being there for me every step of the way. Being apart was not always easy, but we made it. You make me the happiest girl in the world and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you.
To my roommates. I love you girls. Thank you for the long talks, ice cream runs, stuffed crust pizza nights, dancing in the dining and living room, and many more fun times we had together. I have learned a lot from each one of you and I wish you all the best. Stay in touch!
To all my friends. You know who you are! Thank you for everything. Although we are (or will be) in many different cities, I hope that we will never lose touch and will always be able to continue where we left off when we last saw each other. You have made my life more enjoyable just by being a part of it. I honestly cannot thank you enough.
To Golden Key. I hope that you all pursue your dreams and realize your potential. Keep Golden Key going strong. A special thanks to my wonderful E-board this past year. You all did an amazing job and I know that you will continue to do well in your future endeavors.
To UWW Police Services. Yes, I did write the Say What?! Just had to do everyone a favor and said what every other girl was thinking. ☺ Although I was there for only a short period of time, I learned a lot from you all and enjoyed every moment! Keep up the good work!
To UW-Whitewater. Thanks for the wonderful college experience: everything from surviving the cold showers due to the boiler explosion, remembering the big bust at 157 P. Street “Yellow House,” being a part of the opening of Starin Hall, Hyland Hall, and the UC, and the making of many lasting friendships. Proud to be a graduate of UWW.
And finally, to the Royal Purple. Thank you to all those who made it possible for me to join the Royal Purple in the first place, for giving me a chance to join the team and a chance to meet and work with many wonderful people over the years!
To my co-worker and RP Business Manager, Matthew Knudtson. Getting to know you over the past two years has been more than I ever could have expected. I have learned so much from you and still continue to.
You helped my adjustment to Ad Manager be as simple as possible and a lot of fun. I couldn’t have done it without you.
To the rest of my co-workers. It was nice working with all of you over the past semesters/years.
Each and every one of you are very talented and I hope you continue to strive for success.
Working hard does not always have immediate rewards, but the rewards it does have can’t be matched. Never underestimate your potential! I will miss you all!
Saying goodbye is never easy; however, it is not only an end, but also a beginning.
