Election Day
October 31, 2021
The time for voting is just around the corner with Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 2. The city of Whitewater has a helpful process in place for citizens to vote on the big day. With a little preparation you can be ready with knowledge of where to go, how to vote in Whitewater, where to mail to, and who to contact.
The in-person voting for many will take place at the downtown Whitewater Armory. The process of voting by absentee ballot requires requesting an absentee ballot from the City Clerk’s Office or signing up through the website https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/. People who want to vote have to be 18 and must show proof of identification in order to vote. The request you make to the City Clerk must be for the voting address of the town you are voting for with your signature, sent by mail to Whitewater City Clerk, 312 W. Whitewater Street, P.O. Box 178, Whitewater, WI 53190.
