With temperatures of -12 degrees and blustery wind chill, competitors in the bean bag tournament needed to bundle up heavily to stay warm at the 3 a.m. event to celebrate the opening of the Janesville Street Kwik Trip Thursday, Jan. 20 in Whitewater.
