Being a peer mentor was one of the best things I could have done. I had such an amazing experience with my Warhawk welcome and peer mentor that I was inspired to apply to be a peer mentor. Seeing how each student grows into the person they are is so impactful and I’m happy to be able to have that impact on them. Plus, I have made so many connections within the first year experience office that it feels like family. Knowing that I make a difference in each of my mentees’ lives is so impactful!
