Halloween is approaching and while it may seem like a fun idea to venture out to a costume party, remember some valuable college safety tips. Always use the buddy system. Ensure you stay with your friends and share your location with them on your phones. Know your limits. House parties don’t measure alcohol accurately. Watch your drink at all times and cover it when you are not drinking it. Don’t drink out of a communal drink. Charge your phones prior to going out. Be responsible. If you or your friends need help, don’t hesitate to contact the police department. If you see something suspicious, say something.
