I’ve been very surprised, adjusting to living at college was a lot easier than I expected it to be. Even just the change from high school to now, leaving from my hometown and all that, it’s been a lot easier than I expected it to be. The classes and everything hasn’t been that stressful to be honest. Even with athletics it’s not that bad. I feel like there are always good times to do schoolwork and everything. You’re never really rushing or struggling to find time. I think it’s been super easy to get to know new people and find new groups and friends – that’s really helpful for switching from your hometown, your family and not having to worry about finding a new group 24/7. Now you kind of have your own new little family of friends that you’re able to be with most of the day when you’re not working on anything.
