The Royal Purple staff is excited to announce the addition of a business section to the paper beginning this fall semester.

With a focus on business, science and technology, this section is meant to give readers an exclusive look into the UW-Whitewater College of Business & Economics as well as the College of Letters & Sciences. It is our goal to balance this section with helpful, thought-provoking content. We promise to tell stories of ambitious young entrepreneurs, organizational accomplishments and current trends and news topics that relate to UW-Whitewater and the southernWisconsin world of business, science and technology.

Although we are reviving this section from past years and have held a number of editorial board brainstorm sessions, we’re still pretty new at this. We would love to hear from you about what direction you would like the business page to take and we are completely open to any and all story tips. Our goal is to tell stories that are compelling, timely, informative and helpful to our audience.
