Teams of students in Associate Professor Jolly Emrey's Legal Research and Writing class spend the semester researching current cases pending on the federal Supreme Court's docket from a particular justice's perspective.  Brittany and Nate were acting as Justice Anthony Kennedy.  "The students tend to get a bit invested and really take on their role as justice seriously," Emrey said.
