Andersen Library welcomes Student Success Center

The main floor of Andersen Library is looking different these days. A much larger area has been provided for the Student Success Center, which contains the UW-Whitewater honors and undergraduate research programs.

Large-scale house party busted last night

Ninety people were cited for underage drinking after the Whitewater Police Department, with help from UW-Whitewater Campus Police and the Walworth County Sheriff’s Department, broke up a house party at 404 W. Center St. Thursday night.

Education cuts bad for Wisconsin

Gov. Scott Walker’s budget proposal will affect numerous aspects of Wisconsinites’ lives including one UW-Whitewater holds near and dear to it’s heart: Education. With a strong education program at UW-Whitewater, students might fear they will see the students they will one day teach face struggles in the upcoming years.
