Sophomore Patrick Johnson, a music major and advertising minor from Delavan, was elected president with freshman John Jensen, a political science major and history minor from Burlington, as his vice president. Johnson and Jensen shared their excitement by talking with the Royal Purple.
Most children, at one time or another, dream of being president some day.
For junior Andrew Whaley, an economics major, this dream began when he was in second grade and came true during his third year in college.
