For Christmas of 2021 I decided I wanted to have some fun after being inspired by “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” I love to dress up in funny cringe costumes when an occasion arises and decided I wanted to test my artistic skill. Over break I bought some clay, liquid latex, a mannequin head, pieces of a grinch costume, and a few tools and got to work. I hand sculpted out of clay a Grinch face base which I then made a latex prosthetic with and went to my families Christmas unbeknownst to them as the Grinch. I loved seeing my family’s surprised faces when I walked in. Being able to share my laughs, crafting process, and costume with people through stories and videos will always be a funny and special memory
