For junior Luke Knoble, his experience with the men’s basketball team has been just that. He’s made the leap from backup to starter and has become one of the pillars for his teammates this season.
Mid-December means relaxation for most, but for the men’s basketball team it meant grinding out a seven-game win streak.
The team has now compiled a record of 15-1 overall and 6-1 in conference, and is currently ranked No. 9 in the country by D3Hoops.com.
The men’s basketball team remains perfect after defeating UW-Eau Claire 68-59 Saturday and UW-La Crosse 60-45 Wednesday.
The ’Hawks will face UW-Stevens Point at 7 p.m. in Stevens Point.
