Eat this! crêpes


2 beaten eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup flour
¼ tspn. salt
1 tbsp. cooking oil


1. Beat all ingredients until combined
2. Heat lightly oiled 6-inch skillet on medium-high
3. Remove skillet from heat
4. Spoon 2 tbsp. batter onto skillet
5. Return to heat
6. Tilt skillet to evenly spread batter in circle
7. Lightly brown bottom side only
8. Remove from skillet; cover with desired toppings (whipped cream, strawberries, chocolate syrup, bananas, etc.) and roll up like a burrito
